Who may use RoleMole

RoleMole is intended for adults age 18 or older and is initially sold to customers in the United States. RoleMole is operated by Tremayne Saliim in Durham, NC.

What the product does

RoleMole helps you find, organize, prepare for, assist with, and track job applications. Openings can change or close, employer information can be incomplete, and no software can guarantee an interview, offer, or job.

Your decisions remain yours

You are responsible for reviewing source information, application materials, employer requirements, and anything submitted in your name. RoleMole’s default application posture is assist-first: it fills supported fields in a visible browser and leaves review and submission to you.

Plans and personal use

Weekly, 90-Day Sprint, and Lifetime plans provide the same RoleMole feature set for one person on up to two supported computers. Weekly renews until canceled. Sprint lasts 90 days and does not renew automatically. Lifetime does not expire and includes future RoleMole desktop updates. Current prices and refund terms appear on the Pricing and Refund Policy pages.

Acceptable use

Do not use RoleMole or its services to break the law, bypass security or human-verification controls, violate employer or platform terms, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with a service, misrepresent information, or harm another person. RoleMole may rate-limit, suspend, or disable public, licensing, download, or Companion services when reasonably needed to protect users and systems.

Third-party services

Stripe, employer career sites, Cloudflare, email providers, USAJOBS, and optional AI tools have their own terms and privacy practices. RoleMole is not responsible for an employer’s hiring decision, a third-party site’s availability, or changes made by those services.

Availability and changes

RoleMole may correct defects, update source integrations, retire unsafe connections, and change optional online services. Existing local workspace data remains yours. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date.
